a. Web Server Logs.

If you are purchasing a service or becoming a member, we will request financial information. Any financial information we collect is used only to bill you for the services or membership you purchased; not credit card data is stored on our server. If you purchase or pay with a credit card this information will be electronically transmitted to your credit card provider for the purpose of fulfillment. For other types of registrations, we will ask for the relevant information. You may also be asked to disclose personal information to us so that we can provide assistance and information to you. For example, such data may be warranted in order to provide online technical support and troubleshooting.

Data about affiliated organizations (active, pending or inactive members or non-member VIP's) are retained in a database which is secured via common, best-practices methods. These data are used strictly for communication between the chamber and our members or non-member VIP organizations, and is offered publicly only via our Membership Directory or our "Member Billboard" advertisements. Membership data is also used to coordinate postal mailings or e-mailings to you.
